Ningbo Junbo Machinery Co., Ltd is located in the
Beilun area, Ningbo City, Zhejiang province, China. Beilun
is named as the hometown of die-casting in China. Our
company has done very professional in mold design,
development and manufacture in Mg and Al die-casting mold.
Our company found in 2005 and with a investment of 25
million RMB currently. Our plant has 2,500 square meters.
We have more than 80 employees, including 15 senior
technical staff. Our main product is die-casting mold with various types which less than 3000T die-casting machine. So far, we had done about 200 sets molds.
Our company has brought in some advanced machining equipments. Such as: high-speed machine centers, precision CNC EDM, high-precision wire cutting machines and one clamping machine. We also have a Hexagon Metrology CMM.
We always use with some profession soft wares CAD/CAM/CAE to do designing. For about the CAE, we have an international analysis system which is Any-casting.
Our company was base on 6S system and has got the certification on ISO900, ISO2000 systems. Our business policy: Quality first, and develop with reputation. With insist in improvement, our company is became one of the most large –scale die-casting manufacturers.
